PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. SECURITY AND SAFETY • Ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving the premises • Do not duplicate keys without written permission from property management • Report any security concerns or suspicious activities immediately • Follow all fire safety and emergency procedures 5. UTILITIES AND SERVICES • Tenants are responsible for utility payments unless otherwise specified • Water and electricity usage should be reasonable and conservation-minded • Garbage disposal must follow local regulations and property guidelines • Any utility disruptions should be reported to property management 6. HOUSE RULES AND CONDUCT • Respect for neighbors and community is mandatory • Noise levels must be maintained within reasonable limits, especially during nighttime hours • Common areas must be kept clean and accessible to all residents • No smoking in non-designated areas • Pets are only allowed with prior written approval 7. TERMINATION AND VACATING • Proper notice period must be given as specified in the tenancy agreement • Property must be left in good, clean condition upon vacating • All keys and access cards must be returned • Final inspection will be conducted before security deposit return 8.
