PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. RENT AND PAYMENT TERMS • Rent is due on the specified date in your tenancy agreement • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified • All payments must be made through approved payment methods • Receipts will be provided for all payments made 2. PROPERTY USE AND OCCUPANCY • The unit shall be used solely for residential/commercial purposes as specified • No illegal activities or business operations are permitted on the premises • Occupancy limits must be strictly followed • Subletting is prohibited without written consent from the property owner 3. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS • Report all maintenance issues promptly through the proper channels • Tenants are responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse • Property management will conduct regular inspections with proper notice • Emergency repairs will be addressed immediately 4. SECURITY AND SAFETY • Ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving the premises • Do not duplicate keys without written permission from property management • Report any security concerns or suspicious activities immediately • Follow all fire safety and emergency procedures 5. UTILITIES AND SERVICES • Tenants are responsible for utility payments unless otherwise specified • Water and electricity usage should be reasonable and conservation-minded • Garbage disposal must follow local regulations and property guidelines • Any utility disruptions should be reported to property management 6. HOUSE RULES AND CONDUCT • Respect for neighbors and community is mandatory • Noise levels must be maintained within reasonable limits, especially during nighttime hours • Common areas must be kept clean and accessible to all residents • No smoking in non-designated areas • Pets are only allowed with prior written approval 7. TERMINATION AND VACATING • Proper notice period must be given as specified in the tenancy agreement • Property must be left in good, clean condition upon vacating • All keys and access cards must be returned • Final inspection will be conducted before security deposit return 8. COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL • Compliance with all local laws and regulations is required • Any violations may result in immediate termination of tenancy • Property management reserves the right to enter premises with proper notice • Disputes will be resolved through legal channels if necessary 9.
